What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

Cheques & Postal Orders made payable to Vanessa Treasure Designs to pay via this method please complete checkout and print out a copy of this to send with your payment. You will be contacted when we receive your payment and we will contact you again via email to confirm despatch of your item. Please send payment to the following address:

Paypal to the following paypal address sales@vanessatreasure.co.uk simply complete checkout and select the option to pay via paypal.

Credit/debit card, to pay usin this option please select the credit/debit card button on checkout. your payment will be processed using HSBC's secure epayments system. Our company will not hold any of your card details.

How will my items be posted?

Some items on our site are in stock and ready to go, these will be despatched as soon as we have received your payment. The method by which your item will be posted will be displayed on checkout. Some items available on our site are made to measure, these will take longer to reach you, the length of time it takes is dependent on you providing us with your measurements.

How do I take the measurements you need?

Bust measurements should be taken round the widest part of the bust. Waist measurements should be taken round the smallest part of the waist. Hip measurements should be taken round the widest part of the hips.

What is you refund policy?

All made-to-measure items are non-refundable, we will strive to provide you with a perfect garment which will fit you exactly so therefore there should be no need to refund on such items. All off the peg items on our website will qualify for a refund if returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of the item. Items must be returned in exactly the condition you received them in including packaging. please return to the following address

Size Chart?

We offer standard UK sizes from 10 through to 22. The measurements for these sizes are as follows. The majority of our garments are one price for sizes 10-16 and a slightly higher price for 18-22.
